Here’s a video of Nathan’s vintage Bayliner after we did a little renovating.
Our remodel work was paying off on Mother’s Day. We had a wonderful time cruising around Lake Union and Lake Washington on Nathan’s vintage 35’ Montego Bayliner. So sunny and wonderful! Love my kids. Best Mother’s Day ever!!! (except we missed Peter who spent the day with his mom…as it should be).
And yes, Shannon really did drive the boat ;0)
Renovating Nathan’s boat and using a Tommy Bahama Hackercraft as inspiration; dark wood, white vinyl.
Since Peter was teaching, the ISACA 2-day Spring seminar, and we were attending ISACA’s 35th birthday party in the evening, we decided to take a room at the Edgewater.
Can’t believe I’ve lived here since the 60s, and have never stayed here before. Loved it!
Here’s the latest little project that Peter did. It’s a great way to fund our vacations and renovation projects!
I think this makes book #30 for him. Wow!
I thought a trip to Hawaii was in my future, March actually, but it looks like we will be postponing that one. That’s okay, a few days at our cabin is just as good!
Our post-holiday outing to the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. So pretty this time of year!
We took in a play, A Christmas Carol at the Act Theatre, had breakfast at Pike Place Market, lounged about at the pool, did a little shopping and sight seeing, and slept in. It was perfect!

I had neglected to add some photos to our Travel Blog so things are not arranged according to when they actually happened. I wonder if there’s a way to rearrange posts?
